The product arrived quickly and was packaged well. It’s solid and exactly as described. The detail is fantastic. I haven’t installed it yet as I’m in the process of refinishing the door it’s going on. I highly recommend this product.

I love this doorbell! We ended up having to take it apart and make some adjustments in order for it to work correctly, which was a little inconvenient, but now it works just fine. It’s solid and fun and I’m so glad we went with this instead of the plain electric one we were originally planning on.
