We have not installed the foot rail yet, but it showed up timely, packaged perfectly, and is beautiful. We had a minor issue with the brackets that were sent, but a simple e-mail to the company fixed it all. They are not open on the weekend, but they e-mailed me twice over the weekend to clear the matter up. VERY GOOD customer service. I had the correct brackets by Wednesday, along with a packaging slip to return the ones that were originally sent. I would definitely do business with them again, and would recommend them to family and friends. Awesome company and customer service.
