Painters information:
Francois Cachoud studied with Delaunay and Gustave Moreau and began exhibiting
his distinctive landscapes at the Paris Salon in 1892, continuing to show there regularly until 1940.
Specializing in moonlit landscapes, examples of his works are in many museum
collections including those of Grenoble, Oran, Paris and Philadelphia’s Museum of Art.
