Awesome product. Has a bit of an antique finish and feels the right amount of heavy and sturdy.
Due to a shipping snag, my doorknob never arrived. I reached out to the customer service chat and my rep, Ellen, was incredible. She investigated right away, explained the timeline of the process and within a week, a replacement arrived at my door. I’d definitely order from their site again.
