Vintage Black and White Watercolor Drawing of Sideboard Desk

Stunning watercolor architectural art work

This vintage black and white architectural watercolor drawing of a sideboard desk is a real watercolor, not a print, marked by Syracuse University.

( not a print, real watercolor )

In As-Is condition, was / is mounted on old cardboard that is peeling away

It is marked Interior Decoration Department Syracuse University in an oval mark bottom right with a signature

that looks Like V Gere

15″ by 10.75″ ( aged paper and a bit sun washed )

With a good framing job, this could be a fabulous piece and maybe a real find? ( some creases in paper due to peeling away from cardboard )
