In As-Is condition , was / is mounted on old cardboard that is peeling away

It is marked Interior Decoration Department Syracuse University in
an oval mark bottom right with a signature

that looks Like V Gere

15″ by 10.75″ ( aged paper and a bit sun washed )

With a good framing job , this could be a fabulous piece and maybe
a real find ? ( some creases in paper due to peeling away
from cardboard )
