I was very excited to receive this chandelier for above our sitting room. It arrived and is beautiful. One huge complaint though is it needs to be rewired. It has a three prong plug. It never mentioned that in the description or showed any pictures. I would have purchased a different chandelier if I would have known that.

Hi,
Many of our chandeliers are sent with a plug, allowing customers the flexibility to plug in or hard wire the fixture. When hard wiring the fixture, the electrician only needs to cut off the plug, strip back the wire covering and connect to the box. Rewiring of the fixture is not necessary.

Love the fixture. It’s looks great in our updated master bath. The only concern I have is that I don’t know the origin of the fixture- where it was made. I first say the fixture on Etsy and it was listed as handmade. I don’t have any evidence one way or the other on that.
