Some history just shared with us:
It is a poster advertising magician Alexander the Great,
a mind reader who's real name was Claude Conklin.
He toured cities playing theaters with a mind reading
program presented mostly as a matinee attraction.
My research shows no dates with a circus or carnival,
he was always a theater showman, incorporating a few magic
tricks in with his mind reading act.
